Lyvorantimx Servicios Educativos, S.A. de C.V. (“Lyvorantimx”), with address at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1647, 8th floor, San José Insurgentes, 03900, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through this site.
1. Data we collect
We only collect full name and email address when you subscribe to the educational newsletter. We do not collect sensitive data or financial information.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to send you the monthly newsletter, downloadable educational materials, quality surveys and operational communications related to your subscription.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulation and the INAI guidelines in force in 2026.
4. Transfers
We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only use email delivery providers located in Mexico and the European Union, bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by writing to privacidad@lyvorantimx.com. We will respond within 20 business days.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our lists within 30 calendar days.
